Seacork Deck,
Seacork Cover Sheets - Teak reinvented, ready to install
Imagine a deck that has the elegance of teak, without any of its drawbacks. That's exactly what Seacork's caulked sheets offer: natural cork sheets that are grooved, caulked and sanded in the workshop, and delivered ready to install. This saves a considerable amount of time on site, with a visual result that rivals the finest traditional installations.
The aesthetics of teak, the freedom of cork
The grooves and the caulking joint faithfully reproduce the look of the teak decks that have made the reputation of the greatest shipyards. But beneath this classic appearance lies a resolutely modern material: light, rot-proof, non-slip even when wet, and infinitely easier to maintain than wood.
Three seal colours for perfect integration
White, black or grey: the choice of seal colour allows you to adapt the aesthetics of the deck to the visual identity of the boat, whether it's a classic sailing yacht, a contemporary yacht or a racing multihull.
A complete range for every configuration
The sheets are available in three thicknesses (6, 8 and 12 mm) and four widths (47, 73, 103 and 125 mm) to adapt precisely to each type of deck and each structural constraint. Two finishes are available: Original, for an authentic, natural look, and More, For an appearance even closer to traditional teak, with a finer, more refined grain.

Ready to install, easy to work with
In 500 mm x 2000 mm format, these sheets can be cut and fitted with remarkable precision, even on curved or irregular surfaces. Cork can be worked using standard joinery tools, with no need for specialist equipment. A major advantage for shipyards and independent installers alike.
A clean site, immediate results
Grooved, caulked and sanded in the factory, these sheets arrive on site in optimum condition. No joints need to be cut on site, and there's no waiting time for the caulking to dry: installation can begin immediately, for on-time delivery of the boat.
